We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible and sell only new and quality merchandise. We check all our parts and accessories twice before sending them to our customers. We inspect all parts when we receive them from manufacturer and one more time before sending them to our customers. All items in this Website or sold by Fourbyfourclub are warranted to be free from defects from the manufacturers material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration, race or improper use will void this warranty.

Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed, or any item returned that is not in resalable condition (including missing or torn packaging) will be marked non-returnable and returned to the consumer. No refund will be issued in such cases.  

The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of Fourbyfourclub, Inc. Warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or damages, arising from the use of our products or parts.

You must notify us prior to returning any items - all unauthorized / un-notified returns will be refused and sent back.  Items incorrectly shipped to Fourbyfourclub, Inc. will be refused & returned.

Non defective items: If you do not like our product for any reason, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging

  • Have original manufacture information

  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled

  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

20% of restocking fees will apply; all applicable sales taxes will be refunded.  Shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective items: We will gladly refund or replace any defective item within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging

  • Have original manufacture information

  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled

  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

No restocking fees will be applied; all applicable sales taxes will be refunded.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items send by error: We are humans too: If we send you incorrect item by our mistake (for example Left side instead of Right side front brake rotors instead of rear rotors) a full refund for the parts sales amount will be issued. All applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be refunded. 

The following are not returnable except send by error:

  • Custom or special orders: special orders from Germany made by your request and paid in full upfront.

  • Tools

  • Books, Posters, or Automotive repair manuals

  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECUís, relays, air mass meters, ignition coils etc.

 

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund for the parts sales amount will be issued.. Please allow 15 business days to inspect the return and process your refund.

Damaged during shipping: Please understand that we only ship out brand new factory sealed products and we are not at fault if shipping damage occurs.

Please NOTE: Physical damages during usage and/or installation and manufacturer defects are not considered as shipping damages.

 If we send your item with signature confirmation:

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person. Examine the box for any visible outside damage, as well as the parts inside for any hidden damage that may have occurred during shipping., as most delivery companies have set time limits on damage claims notifications. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your claim .Please, call Fourbyfourclub Customer Service, and notify them of the damage.  Do not send the package back to us. The delivery company will send a representative out to your location to examine the package and its contents so it is very important that you retain all packaging until the claim is settled.

If we send your item without signature confirmation and you just found package in your mail box or at the front door:

  • In the event that you find a product is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement, and where appropriate, submit a shipping damage claim. You should not return a product that has arrived with damage caused during shipping. Call us first, to advise us of the problem so that we can report it to the courier company. The courier company may contact you so that the claim can be investigated. You should keep all of the packaging and the product, as it may be inspected. We will then ship a replacement product to you, usually within a few days, subject to the shipping damage claim being approved by the courier company.

Please NOTE: Customer is solely responsible for the inspection of the exterior shipping box. Failure to note any VISIBLE damage will transfer liability from the carrier to the customer; indicating the delivery matched the invoice and was received in good condition. In the absence of any exception, customer has effectively accepted the shipment AS IS and will bear full responsibility for any necessary repairs or replacement.

We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, we will send you replacement part as soon as case will be settled.
