All shipping addresses must verify or we will not be able to process the order. For an address to verify, it must be listed with the credit card company.
For your protection, shipments over $250.00 require a signature upon delivery. If we send your item with signature confirmation shipping carrier generally will make several delivery attempts, and a notice will be left at your door if nobody is available to sign for your package. The Shipping Carrier will hold your package for a few days only. If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed.
The total you see calculated in your shopping cart for shipping is the Domestic Rate for USA customers only.
Most orders placed on our website by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday.
USPS Priority mail is the normal method of shipping, averaging 2-4 business days. If your package is sent via USPS Priority Mail, you will get a tracking number via email when the item is sent.
Large or heavy items, including brake rotors, brush guards, spare tire cover require special shipping. We usually send heavy or large items via DHL, FedEx or UPS
All special order parts come from Germany and required 10-14 business days for delivery.
When shipping with UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or DHL an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress.
If you need to request special shipping rates, such as Overnight, Second Day Air, Priority Mail or Express Mail, we can usually honor your wishes. To request these methods of shipping, either send us an email or give us a call at 1-866- 439-4303 immediately after placing your online order. We will let you know if it is possible to revise the shipping speed of your order, and also
inform you of what the revised shipping cost will be.
